what to have for breakfast ????
You can add cottage cheese to your meal or any veggie except potatoes. Have you tried tofu? Or soy based cheeses?

Hi mless26, Thanks for the support and buddy request I just sent to you. :d Eating eggs every morning is making that meal starting to become boring. Today I added bacon to it and ended up eating half of it. Which is good thing but I'm looking now for other alternative breakfast recipes to expand the variety. But I really enjoy the Atkins diet because it is a quick and steady weight loss and is the best way to eat for me for my blood type is O. This is what I like about Atkins diet. After while of being on it you start to eat less and less over time because the high protein/fat foods fill you up quickly and keep you from getting hungry again right away. I think you'll find that the less carbs you eat the easier it gets to stop eating them completely. but you will still need to eat carbs daily, just keep it under 100 grams to start with , omit any type of sugar except for berries and apples for the first two weeks., after the two weeks you can incorporate just a tiny amount of what ever carb you like/miss, like beans tortilla, but keep it low portion and if you start to crave more after eating that torilla then don't eat it the remainder of the week and get back to eating no carbs again. I find that if I don't incorporate just a bit of carbs then I become fatigued/tired at the end of the day and not much energy to work out. Hope this helps! Good luck and keep at it! :)

Hi, I'm here again,,, hoping to lose the 45 lbs or more this time. Doing Atkins since May 15 lost about six lbs so far but I'm starting to get bored with eating the same foods everyday... eggs for breakfast especially. I'm looking for a buddy to share recipes , chat about the daily motivators and help each other with the support needed to stay away from weight-gainers , CARBS! Hi, I agree with bythejersey... even though you're watching your carbs , still eat a bit more than normal if you're working out strenuously. But choose fruits, and fruit drinks, granola snacks like trail mix, breakfast bars to take with you. Also drink a lot of water too, I think people forget that water gives you energy too while working out.
