Workout with no result?
I`m overweight and really need to lose weight. I`m 5 ft 7 in and 181 lb and I should lose about 35-40 lb. I don`t have a time limit but want to get rid of the extra weight by June or July. I`ve been jogging regularly for over a month, and no results, I run for 30 minutes each morning and 15 minutes in the evening. Why can`t I lose weight? Although I try to eat healthy, could my diet be the problem?

Hey, where can I find out more about low carb diets?
I`d like to start a diet and I was thinking about a low carb diet, maybe Atkins. Anyone who tried the Atkins that is willing to share some advice?

I need some fitness advice
I don`t need trainers and stuff like that. I need to lose about 20 pounds, as soon as possible. I need some advice from people who had the same problems and managed to lose weight. I want to start a fitness program and I would love some useful ideas. Thanks people! :!:

I’m a 35 year old woman and I hate cooking. How can I lose weight fast?
I’m a single 35 year old woman and I’ve gain a few pounds in the last three months. I have a date in two weeks and I need to lose some weight because I don’t feel so good about myself. Cooking is not my thing so I prefer eating out, but most of the times I don’t think much about my meal choice.

My sister is getting married in a month and I need to lose weight. I’ve tried several diets but with no effect. Not even one helped me and I’ve got the impression I’m not a diet person. I just don’t know what to do anymore. Give me a solution please.

I am 36 and I just gave birth to my fifth child. In the last five years because of the pregnancies I gained a lot of weight. I can barely take care of my kids because I find it hard to move. I`ve seen a doctor and he said it may be an eating disorder. However, I need to lose weight. What should I do to recover the body shape I had at 20?

Where can I keep a food diary?
I recently came from a month-long business trip with some extra “luggage.” I was very busy, ate junk food most of the time, not to mention that my regular workout was history. Now I need to lose about 20 pounds, and fast! Can anyone recommend a website where I can keep a food diary or something like that? Thanks a lot!

I need help to lose weight!
I had twins a year ago and I’m still trying to lose the extra weight from my pregnancy. No results so far. I`m 5 ft and 5 in, 176 lb and need to lose 30 lb or more. Being a housewife makes me moderately active, right? I want to start a fitness program but I don`t know how much I should exercise daily. I’ve tried all kinds of diets and none worked as I expected. I feel something doesn`t work right, but what? Any suggestions? Please help.

Can You Suggest a Good Diet ?
I'm in college, so I'm sooo busy with work and homework that I don't have time to exercise and usually when I eat, it's very late at night due to my hectic schedule. I started a diet and since then I have lost 3 lbs only...and that's without working out. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. All I eat is salad, boiled chicken breasts, cereal, oatmeal, w/ wheat bread, salted crackers, rice-cakes, and fruit. Can you tell me whether you think this is a good diet? Please suggest a better diet if there is one. (Please do not suggest working out, because my schedule doesn't allow for that.) Thank you!!

HELP! What do I do?
I am a mother of four and I go to college part-time. I am obviously pressed for time between keeping up with the home, errands, kids, homework & then there is me fitting this get myself back in shape thing in. Ok I am trying to loose weight so I lowered my calories to 1200 with little or no fatty foods(eating healthier foods I can eat sufficently without being hungry) and I am doing two hours of stationary cycling to burn what I put in. I am not loosing any weight. I thought that it was because I was breaking even but after talking to a specialist I was told that my body has gone into starvation mode. I am a bit lost at this point. Do I exercise less? Do I eat more?...I want to loose 65 pounds by september...my whole family has a vacation planned at the beach, I am very self conscience & with all the other girls & guys for that matter having perfect bodies... I won't be able to enjoy myself. In other words I'll be sweating it fully clothed on the beach. Help!

Help for fast weight loss?
My brother is getting married in May and I need to lose 25 pounds till then. I know it`s not that much but I’m so busy with my 11 month-old baby-boy that I can`t find time to work out. My diet is healthy but I must get rid of the extra pounds from my pregnancy. What is a BMI indicator? Any diet ideas? Thank you for answering.

Best diet for Low starch, Low Sugar, High Protein
You could look into [url=http://thepaleodiet.com/w... Paleo Diet[/url] too. It's like Atkins but with more variety of fruits & vegetables. So it's not ketogenic but still low carb.

You can have everything in moderation. Eat 80% of time healthy and 20% of time junk food. You can have pizza but just 1 slice once a week for an example. Alcohol really does slow down your metabolism and ...
