excellent question. I posted a similar question ([url=http://fatsecret.com/Com... but have not received an answer yet. I find it a little confusing when my daily total is very different from the "how you compare" chart!

How Does Your Diet Compare?
:?: :?: I'm not sure I understand how this chart is gathering its information. As of right now my food diary tells me I've consumed 442 calories. Down on the "How do you compare" chart at the bottom, it reports 1526! What's going on? I'm so confused!:?: :?:

My Body Fat
Body fat percentage is a MUCH better way to track progress than the (what I think is) stupid Body Mass Index (BMI) scale. BMI takes your weight and your height, and assigns you to a category.. not taking into account that muscle is 5 times as dense as fat. You have have lost 5 pounds of fat, and gained 7 pounds of muscle.. you look leaner, your clothes fit better, yet BMI is telling you you're still overwight. So wrong. Anyway.. that being said, I tried out the link above... and it scored me at 8.8% body fat. Soooo.... i'm not sure how accurate a test this really is. Granted, I don't have a tape-measure handy and used the string-mark-and-measure method.. so my numbers might be a little off, but i can't believe they're off enough to give me an 8.8% !!

Ugggg
you seem to be eating a lot of fast food/prepackaged stuff
Yeah.. well.. hehe.. where I work, there are many who will work very late. A few times a week the office supplies us with dinner. Unfortunately that usually means pizza.. or wings.. or chinese. Last night it was pizza. Compounded by my oversleeping yesterday and only being able to grab a doughnut for breakfast.. uggg.. it was all downhill from there :P

wii fit?
Wii Active is a lot more hardcore than Wii fit. Wii fit is more fun, working out but still has a light game feel. Wii Active is more like having a personal trainer.

Errr, you are on the website now? Do you mean the info you submitted on the (stolen) phone? Unless the application on the phone and the web account were synched, then I don't think you can.

Changing Diets - Can you merge your weight loss history
When I set up my phone I put in that I was following WW. I'm not really, so decided to change it, but it has then split my weight loss from the two diets, so my cummulative weight loss is only starting ...

Atkins misconceptions
Like politics, sex and religion, I tend to avoid the subject of diet plans. People have their own views (right or wrong) and it often seems to end up with everyone getting emotional and no ever leaves ...

Veggies, veggies and more veggies. The more I eat the more I lose! I've been making lots of soup with lots of veggies and ground turkey or cubed cooked chicken.
