Thanks Sara, I may just make a graph in my Works program. I have such a lousy memory. I am on here three times a day just so I can remember what I ate. hahahahahha Have a great week!

It would be nice to have a place to keep track of how much water we drink each day. Water is so important not only from a weight perspective but also to general health.

What are your top 5 motivators for losing this weight that you can't do at your current weight?[/
1. To deal with the humid summers here better 2. To have more energy 3. To get back into my "good" jeans 4. To be able to enjoy my new grandson due in May 5. To actually get into the pool this coming summer instead of sitting in the lawn chair burning up and sweating.:d

Breckfast
I don't always eat "breakfast" food at breakfast. Sometimes I eat a burger or some cream cheesw rool ups or whatever strikes my taste buds. This can help a lot in overcoming boredom. I just found some great recipes on here for sausage muffins. Take a peek. Some of them should get you out of the egg rut. Good luck! :d

Hi y'all
I am an Atkins planner from way back. Got almost to goal and got cancer of the larynx. After two surgeries and many radiation treatments I gained back 50+ lbs. :shock: Some because I had no energy and some because of the fact I could not swallow food so I lived for months on Instant Breakfast often with vanilla ice cream because it soothed the pain. Anyways in the months prior to joining this site I has lost a total of 31 lbs. and this is now the time to get healthy and fit again. Atkins is a great plan just remember to go on to the next phase so you do not experience burn out by not allowing yourself variety in your veggies and protein choices. Good luck to you! Barb~.:d
