Diet buddy needed
Hi! I'm not sure if you ever heard of save a lot stores. They have this pop called Diet Bubba cola that is aspertame,and caffine free. There are also a couple other flavors like Diet Root Beer, and Dr Pop. Lol! I know it sounds funny but they are really good! I also like crystal light peach tea.

Aww that sux about the sweetner thing:( Atleast we have are Martinis.....YAY! I just thought of something. What about a flavored liquor with seltzer water??

Yeah everyone is diff. Every other time I did the same thing and failed so I'm just tryin to switch it up. Lol! If I were you I wouldn't worry about 2 lbs. Like my husband always tells me water weight fluctuates every day depending on what you eat:) Good luck to you too! I know we can do this:)

I've been on the diet about two weeks now. I'm scared to weigh myself because it always discourages me. I'm trying to go by the way my clothes fit:) I can tell I've prob lost maybe like 12Lbs. or so. Yes the green bean dish is dee-lish! I belive it's in the low carb recipes on this site. I 'll have to find the recipe for you:) TTYS!

I try to eat A small side salad (romaine or baby spinach) with my lunch. I also make a veggie as a side with dinner. If you do the same that should be plenty. I really like greens (collard) with a little bacon and red wine vinager,asapagus with lemon butter,Atkins approved veggies(broc., cauli. celery) dipped in Knorrs spinach dip, Theres also a pretty good green bean side dish called green beans alfredo. I really like celery and cream cheese dipped in salsa!!! I hope this helps you:) During my pregnancy I gained 60 plus Lbs. I went from 110 to 185:( I've been yo-yo dieting ever since.........I love food! The Atkins diet has always been the easiest for me I just hope this time I don't crack.

The book says 2 weeks or until you get close enought to your goal weight. I never went to phase two yet........I'm to scared I won't lose weight!!! I guess when you start getting bored with the intro food you should prob. move on.

best time of day to test ketones
I use the ketosis strips on and off when I need a little boost of reasurance. I think the best time to test is in the morn. when you first wake up:) I noticed if I tested everday the results would vary. So maybe you should try testing once a week. They strips are kinda pricey but they last awhile. Hope this helps!

WHOOOOHOOOO!!!so i lost 2lbs. in 2days now thats what i'm talking about at this rate i'll be skinny in no time...LMAO well maybe not but it makes me want to keep going and thats enough for me:d

I'M JUST GETTING STARTED ON THE ATKINS DIET.I HAVE QUIET A BIT TO LOSE BUT I'M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO A NEW ME.I JUST HAD A BABY 5 MONTHS AGO AND GAINED MORE THAN I SHOULD OF AND NOW I'M PAYING FOR IT. WITH ONLY A MONTH TO GO UNTIL SUMMER I HAVE ALOT OF WORK AHEAD OF ME BUT WITH SUPPORT I KNOW I CAN DO IT.
