WW Question..help?
i got that range from an informational site. i think it was on the older plan where there was a range of point not just 1 set number, whe i took the WW quiz to see my 1 number target it was 31. and that is alot, but i never thought about milk to add extra points. i was thinking solid food, so i will try some milk. thanks everyone.

my target points is 26-31 and it is difficult, usually i can get about 23 or so, i never really thought about drinking milk, to get them in, i will have to try that. Thanks

So what happens if i do not hit my target points everyday? i am having trouble getting all my points in? could this be why i stopped loosing?

i think that you wanna have more exercise calories burned, then calories consumed. thats how you loose weight, i think...

weight gain?
i followed my program to a T yesterday and i gained .2 lbs. i know its not alot, but its stressing me out. i dont understand why i didnt loose? any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

HELLO IM JESSICA
Im 24 years old. Currently i am 238.6 lbs. I was 135 up until i had my first child and after that the weight just kept coming on. yo-yo ddieting and starving myselfonly made it worse. So here i am 3 kids later. I had my last child on december 18th and to date i have lost 29 of the pregnancy lbs, i have 7 more to go, but my ultimate goal is 150, i am hoping to do this by x-mas '09. i have been doing WW for 3 whole days and lost 5 lbs to date. I am excited for this change in lifestyle. I look forward to chatting with everyone.

Help needed with RDI
FS set mine at 1900. I changed it to 1200. It has worked for me. Looked at a couple days in your food diary. You might want to add some veggies and cut back on the processed carbs and go with whole grains ...
