anyone try the juddd diet????
I am starting the new year(2017) on the juddd diet.. I was wondering if anyone here on fat secret was on this diet and how it is working out for them...I would like to find others on this diet to buddy up with and collaborate on this diet..

adding weight tickers
I went to ticker factory and set up a ticker for my fatsecret but am having a hard time getting it on my page.It keeps saying i can't add it because i share my info with members and leads me to my account. I have tried with and without shareing but still no sign of my ticker..Any ideas on how i can get this to work for me?

I have that problem also...I really dislike it now that i have to put on a coat for winter which makes it even worse.

Does anyone know if there is a fatsecret version offline for laptops when you are out of town to record your food entries?

Hi all! I am currently on the H20 challenge but am leaving town for a week with no access to a computer.Does anyone know if there is a way to record my daily results when i get back if i put it on paper first.Thanks!8)

getting out
well i got outside for a walk 2 days in a row...an exceptional feat for me but i did it and it was refreshing.I am taking baby steps in getting out,playing on my wii and eating healthy and counting calories and so far it is paying off..Good luck to everyone :d

arrow in right lower corner
what exactly does that little arrow in the lower right corner mean? If the arrow is green and pointing down,does that mean that you are doing well on your diet and losing? can anyone clear this up so i understand it better? thanks

Yes. Managed to have sardines once in the last two weeks. Not that keen on them but will manage. Haven't done the lever though.

Anyone doing 5:2
Also, remember that that's only 5 days a week. The other two days you have only 500 calories. That's 1200 a day on average. It's being able to eat 2000 on NFDs that makes the diet work.
