BAD NIGHT
That happens to me! Every time I eat junk food I crave more of it. Argh! Its always hard for me to go right back on track the next day. But the more you succeed the easier it gets. Really buckle down and stay on track, then everything will go smoothly again. Remember, dont let one bad day of eating choices turn into two!

How has losing weight changed your life?
oh my gosh, you have no idea. I have lost 120 pounds now, and people treat me so much differently. But its how i feel that the real reward. I feel like i have a shot at life now. I know i have accomplished something great. And I feel so much happier- more content with life itself, rather than comparing it to a daily chore or something. Embracing happiness- Its the most amazing feeling in the world. To feel like you *deserve* to be happy. Because I have earned it. I cant wait until i am just comfortable in my own skin- thats all I want. And now that i have been through this whole thing, i have so much more compassion and empathy for those who struggle. But its worth it in every way. so worth the fight!

Empty calories?????? SO WHAT!!!!!
I agree with you. To me, empty calories is like a soda... thats 150+ [depending on how much you're drinking] that really gives you no nutrional value whatsoever. infact, its nothing but processed sugar... which is evil.

Errr, you are on the website now? Do you mean the info you submitted on the (stolen) phone? Unless the application on the phone and the web account were synched, then I don't think you can.

Put the food in a Recipe (far right). then once that is done, you can add it to your plan. Otherwise, you can put the components in, but better to do recipes.

Veggies, veggies and more veggies. The more I eat the more I lose! I've been making lots of soup with lots of veggies and ground turkey or cubed cooked chicken.
