NuWave OMG
Happy to see this post. I have a NuWave oven as well, and really enjoy using it. It is especially helpful for my Atkins based diet. Just last night, I cooked thin center cut pork chops (lightly salt, pepper and garlic powder on each side and then cook 6 minutes on each side on the 4" rack). Concurrent with the pork chops cooking, I take a head of broccoli, break it apart, put a tablespoon or two of olive oil, salt and pepper on the broccoli and cook it in the bottom pan of the NuWave while the chops cook. Excellent. We also cook chicken, steak, asparagus, and many other things in it. Absolutely love it!!

No alcohol on Atkins because.........
I had a Scotch or two last Friday and ended up with Girl Scout cookies and pizza to feel guilty about on Saturday morning. You did a lot better than me! Jerry

New to Atkins
Hi, Sounds familiar. My wife sent away for the free starter kit, and I read through the material over the weekend. I just started on Monday. My plan is to stick with the Induction phase as hardcore as possible (so far, so good). I've decided to look at this as a project that I can study for, work on and hopefully do well. I'm going to keep my diet calendar, journal and weight updated throughout. We'll see! Jerry
