What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
Being able to feel good about myself. That's what I want to accomplish.

PROGRAM WILL NOT ACCEPT NEW WEIGHT

Weight Ticker Stopped Showing
If you upload your weight through your mobile phone it will not update. Not sure why. I know that was the case for me. You have to upload through a computer/laptop. If not, once you update your weight. Refresh the page that has your ticker to see if that helps. Something with the browser and using the old image?Also I know some people have updated their weight through the UK/Canada/US site. Other than the one you normally use depending on where you are. You can try those and see if that helps. Another thing is you have to go in your settings and select that you can share your weight/journal with everyone, not just buddies or private. Hope any of these help!

I had contacted the support staff and at first my ticker wasn't showing and now it is! So glad! :D

Food Problem
Thank you all for the advice and tips. What I have found helps me out is eating salad, carrots, broccoli and other vegetables and fruits. It is hard at times but I am proof it pays off in the long run. I wish you all the best in your journey!

Thank you! Doing as paperiniko says fixes it! I had weighed in on the mobile site and noticed it had not updated the ticker. But now all is well. Thank you again! It's so good to see that ticker go down everytime! :D

I agree with you rhumen. I need to redirect that focus/addiction and say if only I could convert it to working out! My problems would be solved! Thanks for the support and advice! Most appreciated. :D

Food Problem
Thing is I live with family. So they have a bunch of different foods. Both healthy and junk, mostly junk. It is hard to not be tempted when it is around. Plus they aren't so supportive and wouldn't not buy the junk food to help me out. I am solo in this journey. Definitely will try to get more protein and veggies in my day though. Thanks Ingria & Thynes, I will definitely need luck. And thanks to the rest as well for the tips and advice. You are all so helpful and I wish you all luck in your journey. Amandawl, it is hard, too hard sometimes. Needs to be much easier.

Food Problem
Thanks for the tips djohns36. eKatherine: I do eat everything in portions. But I try and eat veggies and fruits beforehand as well.

Listed almost the same: apples, oranges, grapefruit, peaches, pears, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, mangos, cheerries and strawberries. But grapes :0

I am reading cherries, apples, pears, peaches, grapefruit, plums, [i]grapes[/i], oranges and strawberries have a GI below 55, which makes them low. Am I reading wrong?

I eat grapes. I think I will start eating more of them so I don't eat as much of other unhealthy foods. I also think I will start up on the vegetables. I usually don't eat them. I pretty much think about food all the time. Whether I am eating, watching tv, working, sitting, hanging out or working out. :| Thanks for the advice! Always appreciated!

Hi, from what I have learned. It is OKAY to have a cheat day. So go ahead and induldge in whatever it is you feel like eating. But don't overinduldge! ;)

Food Problem
I have a food problem! I cannot stop thinking about food. Food is always on my mind. Always thinking about food. Always thinking about what I should eat. When will I eat. It is so hard to just not eat. I will eat anything and everything if it is there. I have tried planning my meals and that does not seem to help seeing how after I eat the meal, I am still thinking about other things I could be eating. Also I do try to drink water, but that does not seem to help either. I need some ideas to help keep my mind off food!
