Disgusted with myself!!!!!!!!
Listen that right there is real life , sometimes you eat pound cake and cookies there is NOTHING wrong with it! Do not throw it all away over a few cookies! Real life is about making choices some good some bad just try to make more good ones than bad ones! You can do this trust me!

Why cant I count work??
I work as a waitress, 8 hr shifts or more on my feet all but 30 mins at least half of the shift is moving quickly and lifting plates. I wore my pedometer on a Sun and I tracked 8.66 miles. I think this should account for something???

Normal blood pressure and overweight???
Snuggles I have been from 150 to 285 lbs my blood pressure is always 120/80 never changes even preggers it stayed the same!

I mean jealouse of somebody running or going to the gym, I am afraid to say that wont ever be me... Its a daily battle just to do it !

I read somewhere that the more you lose weight, you'll have to reduce the calories as well (smaller you requires less calories). This may be the reason for your plateau. Congrats on a good job well ...
