Christmas chocolates
My adorable grandson got me fannie may chocolates that are way too tempting to eat just one. I am trying to start only have one a day till gone after seeing the calorie count!

Menopause and weight loss.
This helped me to go ahead and do upper body workout as I have broken bones and leg problems I am recovering from.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I was doing weekly, but am going to go with everyday. It seems to work for others. I hope it will cut down on what I eat throughout the day.

Can't seem to get focused on diet when out
Blew it big time last night. Everybody was having fried chicken and it smelled delicious so I had it to. I have to stop doing what others do, or I will never drop any weight. I knew it when I ordered I'd blown my day, so why did I do it?

Starting Over!
Starting over for the New Year! I want to be around for a long time, so have to focus on exercise and weight loss! My goal is to exercise 60 min. a day, even if a slow walk. It bothers my carpal tunnel to lift weights now or put pressure on them of any type, so may only walk, walk, walk. But, I believe move, move, move is the key to starting over!

I tend to drink a lot of tea-- 32oz of British Breakfast per day with between 1/4 and 1/2 cup of milk total... of course, I spread this out a bit lol! I usually fill my travel mug at breakfast and lunch ...

Setting a limits for my macros
