Applebee's New Items
So Applebee's has these new Items, one of them is Spicy Shrimp Divolo or something like that. Let me tell you that I had this dish tonight and it was great. It had more taste in a dish then I have had in a long time outside of my wife's cooking. There are 5 dishes that have 550 cal.

What are the real issues with lossing weight to fast?
Thanks for your replies. I thought that cutting back to 1800 was a lot, I might have to keep an eye on it and see if I need to go down a little closer to 1200. I don't believe that it is water weight because I'm drinking lots of water to make sure that does not happen. I am concerned about losing muscle, but I'm not sure how much protein I need to be taking in to make sure that does not happen.

What are the real issues with lossing weight to fast?
When i weigh in I get a warning that I'm losing weight to fast - about a pound a day. Now I have just started my diet and I know that I will not continue to lose at this rate, however I'm feeling great. I'm working out every morning for about 30 minutes, and I'm getting plenty of protein - at least I think. I'm also drinking lots of water to make sure that it is not just water weight that I'm losing. I know that you run the risk or rebounding, and losing muscle. How ever if I eat enough protein and I stick with this diet even after I have passed my goal weight and continue to adjust my life style to stick with the weight I want to keep what are the other real risks of this? For note currently I'm losing about a pound a day, I'm 260 and want to get down to 200 pounds.

What is the latest news on Slim-Fast Shakes?
A few weeks ago they pulled these off the shelves due to side effects. Has any one heard if they have resolved the issue? I have used these on and off for a number of years, and each time that I stick by the plan, I lose weight, and I have never had a side effect from them. Infact I'm using them now, I have a stock of them, but it is starting to get low, and I want to be able to continue to use them. So has anyone else heard if they resolved the issue? Has any one had issues with drinking these?

I'm no expert, but from what you suggested above as far as working out 1.5 hours a day a good portion of that being weight training, what you might be seeing is that you are gaining more mucle then you are lossing fat. I would be carfull of lowering your intake of cals if you are lifting so much, you want to make sure that you have enough to build good health mucle that you are working so hard to get.
