Hey everyone, im all new here and would like to start the paleo diet. Can someone please explain the diet for me? All I know is that you have to cut out all grains and dairy..what about quantity? How many grams\oz can i eat of meat?

Hey everyone, gained so much weight these past few months. Decided to start the paleo diet..Can someone help me out cause a bit confused..All I know about this diet is you cannot eat grains and dairy products. does weight come off quickly if you follow it properly?

Need help big time!!!
Hi all, i need help trying to chose a diet! i gained alot of weight during summer and im feeling disgusted!! Can someone pleaseeee give me tips on how to lose weight and maybe give me a menu of how you guys are losing weight cause im about to lose my mind. I was planning on having 50g rice wih veggies for lunch and chicken for dinner and youghurt as a snack. How does that sound?

My only problem has always been 1 - BINGE EATING! One day last month i had a muffin as a snack but what happened was i wanted another one the next day and the day after that for a whole week..i just dont know how to control myself. Ended up gaining 1 kg and that is when i said diet time again

mdep1229 which diet are you on? I've seen that you've lost quite a bit of weight and a very well done to you :) Would love if you'd give me some advice and tips on how you've lost weight..i've been dieting since i can remember but sometimes i just let go and gain lots of weight back and its getting to be very dipressing :(

Wll done on your weightloss mcriddlahpan. Last year i lost lots of weight thanks to slim fast so im hoping to lose again before summer! With the winter weather all i was doing was eat and gained it all back so i started slimfast last week but havent weighed myself as know id be devistated if my weight hasnt come down. Mcriddlahpan have you been working out aswell? Im have a full time job and im a part time student so have no time to exercise. If i lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks it would be great

Don't look at the total weight you have to lose. Try to break it down in attainable goals. Start with a goal of 10#, then create a new goal. Then add in exercise. I will walk for 20 minutes 3 days ...
