Is anyone else on this? I love it so far. I feel like I can do this for a life time, if that's what it takes.

I started doing the Body by Vi over 3 weeks now and so far this is working for me. I am really hoping I will continue with this for a long time to finally loose all of my weight. I have about 70lbs. to loose.

How do you post to your diet calendar
to enter foods you need to know the nutritional info unless it's something they already havein their list.just go to your food calerdar look down to the enter then add the food

I have done Atkins with succuess before, but at 54 I think W/W would be a better choice for me, as I tend toget all kinds of leg cramps and other complcation on Atkins not to mention I miss eating regular food with friends, it's to hard to socialize on Atkins unless your providing the food all the time.

I am going to try to do W/W tomorrow, wish me luck been trying to cut back and fallow a low cal. type plan for the past 2 days. But I need major help I hate to mesure , remember each and every bite I take and then write it all down. but I must do something or I wil end up Dead!!!!

What to Eat
Yes. Managed to have sardines once in the last two weeks. Not that keen on them but will manage. Haven't done the lever though.
