Hectic and Crazy Week
I have had a very bad week. I am sending an apology to all of my challenges that I have joined where there are teams involved. My start will not be very good when I weigh in tomorrow, but I am back on track now eating properly and exercising. I have missed several days of logging, etc. so I am just starting again from today. I will weigh in tomorrow and hopefully it won't be too bad of a gain.

Challenges
I joined a number of challenges and two of them that I joined has dropped off the "My Challenges" section. Could anybody tell me why? I looked in the challenge section and found both of them and are both in progress. I am not sure what happened, but I no longer have them listed as a challenge for me/ :(

Stuck with only 10 pds to go.....
You need to switch up the food you are eating and turn around your workout schedule. You need to confuse your body. Your body gets used to the same foods, the same calories, and the same schedule of exercise. You need to confuse your muscles.

Fat Grams
I started this fatsecret.com website last Thursday (March 10th). I am keeping track of everything with paying special attention to my protein and fiber intake, along with my calories. I am now curious about the fat grams. How many fat grams is a person supposed to eat to lose weight? I am doing well my first week, but I don't want the fat grams to be an issue later when it starts getting a little harder to lose the weight. Any help will be welcomed!;)

Joined my first challenge
Just joined my first challenge. I'm hoping this will finally get me motivated to lose my extra kilos. It's so hard to motivate myself to exercise when it's so darn cold outside.
