I think the swiss balls are fantastic!! you can do everything with them, and they are great for posture and core strength!! I don't have one, but I often use them at the gym! I weighed in today...no loss, but i'm good...still truckin'! Will make some adjustments! Did have a good workout though! Let's do this!!!! 181 today

Cholesterol News
wOW THAT IS REALLY SHOCKING!! I worked for a large cardiology practice for some time, and we had many patients on those drugs... I actually even did a speech on them in college, and how there are different things for cholesterol. I had high cholesterol, and just by not eating fried foods, eating a handful of almonds a day, upping the exercise, and using olive oil, my cholesterol went back into check!! And it was not purely diet for me, b/c i'm 26, and I know my diet was not THAT bad...it is genetic also. Thanks for the info.

I try to make enough dinner so that I have leftovers for lunch!! or, take a hard boiled egg or two, and pair that with something else you enjoy.

Eating Out
Uggh...i did okay :( It turned out it was shephards pie. . . i skipped the mashed potato portion, made a big salad, the amt. of beef was very small, but looked greasy...yuck. I had a tiny bit of applesauce, and a few bites of the fruit salad...it wasn't that hard to say no, i just felt like i should eat something...not a total disappointment, but not the best situation either. thanks for the encouragement it really did help.

I never heard of it!! But it sounds really good!! If I ever see it, I'll have to try it. I just got a walk away the pounds with the step...haven't tried it yet, I mostly do it when the weather is bad, and I don't want to risk the drive to they gym (which is not often)..... is there an infomercial for it?

Thanks everyone!! Great ideas... I think I will just be honest!!! Why was I afraid of that?? I guess I just thought it would be rude, but I agree with all of you for sure, about the accountability and example! I'll let you know how it goes!

Bowel Movements
You should be eating a lot of fruits, veggies and drinking enough fluids as already mentioned. If you take laxatives on a regular basis your bowels will get lazy and won't do their work.

Option to add calories instead of a specific food?
Ive made it a custom food and saved it as a favorite meal. No macros - calories only.
