Thanks kkd1125, I wish I could do Jillian's DVD. I have it tried it I would have to work my way to that DVD. I made through my 2 miles after work but it was really hard today my joints were killing me. Took 2 aleve and went back to walking.

Congratulations on everyone's accomplishments. I am trying to exercise daily so far I have been doing an average of 2 miles per day using Walk away the pounds Leslie Sansone 5 big mile walk.

Today my boss treated me to Houston's Restaurant for administrative day. I was very proud of myself - I had a cheeseburger with spinach and a side salad. I took the bun off and I gave the cheese toast that came with the salad to my boss. I also took the croutons out of the salad. This lunch was very feeling. I had no idea I could do this and to be satisfied at doing this. Congrats to me!!!! This is my first week on induction.

INDUCTION IDEAS
I started induction this week again. Last night I had baked enchilada casserole and this morning I am having sausage with onions quiche. There is a website called linda's low carb menus. There are tons of recipes on there and the one's with the * are for the induction phase. So far so good this week. I hope this helps.

Need some Atkins buddies
Hello everyone, I am also new to Atkins. I started 9/8/11 and just finished my first week and I am down 5 lbs. So far so good. I have not cheated which is a big milestone for me. I did not know about the aspartame. I had a 33 oz of carbonated water today. That drink is now history. Good luck to all.

Coffee good for weight loss?
I have been a coffee drinker for years. I still put on the weight so I really do no think it helps weight loss unless you drink too much and it makes you sick.
