im joining the ymca today
I have been doing Zumba at our locay YMCA for the past 2 years. I love it! WAY WAY fun. And realy a good workout. If you are just starting Zumba, don't get discouraged the first few times, it is a little hard to follow at first, but one you learn the moves, it is easy and fun! good luck to you!

Wii Fit
We have Wii fit. It is fun, but honestly, you spend too much time in between working out, pushing buttons to get to the next exercise. I have not tried the Wii Zumba or the Wii Biggest Loser, maybe they have longer exercise segments.

Maintenance buddies wanted/needed!
Wish I was there, still have 10 or 11 pounds to go, and they seem to be the getting harder to lose!! I am afraid maintenance may prove to be the hardest to all.

HOw many calories is TOO LITTLE?
Thanks guys for all your input! I am probably not eating enough calories, but I am not hungry.... My schedule is just too busy to do more excercise, wish I could fit it in.....

What do you think that magic low number is? Where does your body decide you are starving and slow down your metabolism? And what tricks to you know to keep your metabolism going strong???? Just need input....

BMI and clothes size
I enjoyed reading through your thread! I have lost 15 pounds and am still wearing the same clothes, but they are looser! I am thinking I might go look at clothes after the holidays and see if I can fit into a smaller size. It is funny how everyone seems to be different and loose it in different places. Again, just enjoyed reading your posts.

But the tea has Vit. K and I was told not to drink herbal teas while on Warfarin. Being on Warfarin keeps me from eating a lot of good green veggies...high in iron and low in calories. I am so looking ...
