Protein???
Real food is great but even with real food you don't get all the nutrients that your body can benefit from. That's why dietary supplements like protein shakes and vitamins are great for anyone cutting down calories.

Protein???
protein shakes are the best! they are tasty and don't have so many calories plus they keep you feeling full for longer and help your muscles after working out which will help you loose pounds. It's better than eating chicken all day.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
It's common to hear about getting workout done in the morning, before anything else, but it has always been the hardest time for me to get up and get it done. I personally mostly do my exercise late at night. I have a protein shake take a shower, may stay up two more hours and that's it. Anybody want to share some thoughts on what is the best time to achieve optimum results?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in every morning. I get up, pee, then stand on the scale in my underwear. Keeps things consistent and any huge swings in weight are caught immediately.
same here. think it's best if you are really determined to loose some within a certain period of time

Yeah, 100 and even 126 doesn't sound like a healthy weight for a man depending on your height.
