LAWL Plan
That sounds like a perfectly good excuse to me :) Maybe I'll try the Luna Bars. I actually like all of the bars I've tried - Kelloggs, Pure Protein, Zone. Kelloggs has some vanilla flavors which are kind of hard to find in other bars. So, speaking as an ex-LAWL counselor (awesome I found you on here - because I, too, know it works) - do you think it's ok to substitute? I like the LAWL ones too but they are just so expensive...Good Luck this week to you both!! I'll be checking back with you guys!

LAWL Plan
I didn't realize that they don't have the colored plans any longer. It's been awhile since I've been a member.....The plan they gave me is 2 1/2 proteins, 3 veggies, 2 fruit, 2 fat, 3 starches and 2 lites. Any ideas on substitues for the lites? Thanks to you two! Good luck to you also. Did you both gain back all of your weight? I could kick myself......

LAWL Plan
Right before LAWL closed in my area (after I had lost the weight) they changed the plan. I am on the blue plan and the new one seems to have more food and I just want to make sure that I can lose weight like before by using this plan rather than the original one. Comments?

Substitute for LA Lites
Does anyone have an idea for a substitue for the LA Lite bars? I was a member of LA Weight Loss and lost all my weight that I wanted too, but unfortunately it is creeping back on because I have not been vigilant. I am trying to get back into the swing of it but the bars are so expensive and LA Weight Loss has closed in my area but I know I can get them online. I have been substuting Pure Protein Bars and Kellog's Protein Bars which are similar in calories and ingredients. Just wondering if everyone thinks this is an appropriate substitue. Thanks!

Yes - I even track sugarless gum...You'll be surprised how all of those little things add up!
