What are some of your favorite workout songs?

Wii game with Jillian as the trainer???
I just got this for Christmas and I haven't formulated an opinion yet but it is very hard to find a good review. I played it last night for about 20 minutes and the constant walking motion is good, but I had some issues w/ reaction on the boxing/kicking and couldn't figure out the "cannon" game, it seemed to not pick up my movements, but my wii board may be too close to the TV so I'm going to try moving it around a bit tonight...but with the same wii board location I don't have the same problems w/ wii sports boxing or the boxing on wii fit..... But still haven't given this game enough of a chance to give it a bad review.

Working out before eating?
There are two schools of thought on this. Personally I think you should ALWAYS eat before a workout to help fuel that workout properly...And yeah, first thing in the morning eating wakes your metabolism back up. Now the other theory is that if you work out in the morning it's best not to eat b/c then your body will use fat as fuel and therefore burn more fat than if you have a banana in your belly... I personally don't agree with this and I get sick to my stomach if I don't eat something light before a work out.

Weathering this time of year!
One thing someone said to me that seems to help is that there are 3 holiDAYS (thanksgiving, Christmas, NewYears) not 3 months of free for all. :)

Yummy low point sweets
Microwave Apple Slice and core apple Sprinkle w/ Cinnamon and Splenda Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes YUMMY! Also good topped w/ Low Point IceCream, Breyer Carb Smart Vanilla is I believe 1 pt (has 4g of fiber)

Starting weight?
Are you able to go past June on the weight history? I've been on WW since February (had a hiccup in Aug/Sep where I gained) but I'd like to enter all my data since I've lost 14lbs, not just 4, but I wasn't able to go back further than June...

HI all, im back in gym managed to keep it up all Winter. :evil: No real weight loss. But enjoying my morning sessions. yes ill stay positive. i hope to loose weight as time goes on :roll:
