Where can I weigh myself?
Cheesegirl I'm so sorry for all the stuff that has happenede to you. Don't worry. You'll find a better job and you'll win a better salary. I'm sure. Don't worry that you don't belong to a gym. I don't belong to a gym either. I run near the beach or at the parks, I make crunches, push ups at home and I found tones of exercises on internet. I make them. I dance at home and that's really fun. About the scale; you can go to your local pharmacy maybe they have one. Usually they have. And sometimes I prefer measuring myself than weighing in becase on the scale sometimes it looks like nothing has changed but when you measure yourself u see the difference. Don't worry, stick to your diet and don't forget to have fun.

Hungry at night.
I am unfortunately a night owl:-)))) I am trying to put my sleep in order. That's one of my biggest challenges:-))) I suggest you go to bed now, listen to soft music or read as you said. But don't eat... I know you can do it. I know it. Courage!

Hungry at night.
When I eat something past midnight I record it for the next day. I mean It was 11 December 2008 for ex. and then I slept and I woke up at 3.00 so I record it for 12 December 2008. Debbra when I feel hungry at night I usually stay in the bed and try to think other things. If I feel very very hungry I drink water. Once I read somewhere that the signal of hunger and the signal of thirst are kind of the same. Sometimes we think we are hungry but if we drink water it passes. Second thing is that if you feel hungry and don't eat, 20 minutes later you don't feel hungry anymore. I read this,too. That's why they say that we should eat slowly and chew well because 20 minutes later we won't be feeling hungry and that makes us eat less.

Snacking at Before Bed
Have a good breakfast. Get enough fibers. If you really feel hungry drink a glass of milk or eat some fruits.

I do better daily it keeps me focused on what I need to do for the day even though I know it flucuates (spelling) mentally I stay in control.

Your diet sounds super extreme. Are you sure you are losing fat and not just water and precious muscle? Doesn't sound like a great idea, but hey if it works for you then go for it.
