yes according the container 3g manufactured by Green Mountain Farms, it is very good at least I think so.

Lost Data
I think I synced my devices together, but now I lost my food I entered today.....and all the other days I lost as well......what did I do wrong?? Can anyone answer me and is there a way to fix the problem??

Delete Exercise
Help me please, I have been trying to delete one of the exercises and I can't do it.....I put it on by mistake....does anyone know how to delete????

New to Atkins
Just started Atkins and I seem to be having a hard time staying within 20 - 25 net carbs. I work crazy hours and it is hard to find food with little carbs when you are at work. Can anyone who is doing this give me some good advise please!!!!!!!

How to change information??
Hi! It has been some time since I have been on this site, I joined WW back in January and now I want to change my information to read that instead of it saying chell53's own diet and I don't know where to go?? I thought I had it but it did't change, can anyone out here help me with this?? Thanks

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh officially once a week......then every morning to see if i lost any thing after exercising at night.....this also helps me to know if I will lose for the official WI, crazy i know......

I don't understand how this site works....I joined one challenge and when it started I wasn't listed??? Now I joined 3 more which was suppose to start today, when I just checked it says that there is still 10 hours to go before they start??? A 12-Hour Eating Window for a Healthy Weight
I do intermittent fasting on the weekend. I have black coffee or water until I am ready to eat. I go from 6pm on Friday nite to about 4 on Saturday and Sunday. It works for me.
