Migraines
I get a lot of migraines and bad ones too nausea, spinning rooms, black dots etc. I find dark chocolate 70% or higher helps along side of a couple of Advil extra strength liquid gels and a very dark very quiet room with a good sleep. Works for me 90% of the time. I hope you feel better.

picnic foods 4 low carb low cal diets?
Yeah going to go see them I Hope they are more active for us. Gotta go though can't disappoint the kids :)there is a polar bear cub there too so I can't wait to see him too. I don't like pizza so that's an easy one for me (funny my husband's Italian)the meatball idea is a pretty good one so the salads and veggies I think I might make it through this trip after all :)

picnic foods 4 low carb low cal diets?
Hi I'm heading to the Toronto Zoo next Sunday for my Birthday and well my family is having a picnic for lunch. I know I could take the day off of my diet it is my birthday but if I can come up with other ways to accommodate my Atkins diet without having to suffer too much watching everyone else enjoying high in carb-cal food I'd really like to try to stay on my diet any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated (I live in Guelph,Ontario I have not found any low carb bread of any kind here)
