Different cals burned for same thing?
I was just wondering if anyone knows why the same exercise same amount of time doing it has different amounts of cal. burned.

:roll: Is anyone else haveinga problem with they're numbers being posted on they're challenges? Mine wont do it. They haven't for the last week. If anyone has any ideas how I can fix this please tell me.

Over Weighing yourself
I weigh-in every morning. It's like haveing my mother there scolding me if I go up. It's my way of keeping me on track.

Protien
I just started a diet kind of like the Atkins diet. I am cutting down on my net carbs. I was wondering can you have to much protien in your diet? And what is to much if there is?

sizes
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how they work? I have always been a qween size girl(meaning very large). I was a 38(5x) at my biggest. I was 550 lbs. and now i'm 237 lbs. and am in a 16w(large). What I was wondering how do they go as you go down. What's next and so on? :? :?: Thank you for any help.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I do it every day in the a.m. and then in the p.m. but I only record it if it changes. I hate to when it goes up but you have to be honest. I'm always 2 lbs. at night if I didn't loss any but if I did it will be less then the 2 lbs. It keeps me on track. It is easier to loss 1 or 2 lbs. then 5 or more.

ugh, water
I drink at least 2 liters a day.I wiegh 250 right now. If I don't drink it I gain but if I do I don't. I've read every diet book there is and just put what was the same in all together and that's my diet. I read the same about the half of your body wieght is how much you sould drink. When I started to drink water I hated it and I felt like my eyeballs were floating in my head. And yes I was in the bathroom every 15 minutes or so. But now that i've been doing it for so long I don't go so much. Your body gets used to it after around a week or two. I love water now.

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
My god there are so many like me. I hate defending why i'm fat and that people say I look so pretty now that I lost so much. It's like was I SO bad back then? They always say yes I was awful. What do you say to that? Poeple aways asking why I don't go on the BIGGEST LOSSER. I feel like saying why do I need to lose to make you happy,why don't you gain? Then they say when I say about wanting the skin off oh it's not that bad trust me with no clothes on it's bad! It's so hard to find clothes to fit because of the skin. My boyfriend thinks I over react but he doesn't have to wear it. Then people ask what about scars after removeing the skin and I say you've got to be kidding I don't care about that. I've got more scars I hope they can take off with the skin from just being so big.

I agree the numbers get confussing. But i've learned i can't lose any if i eat over 1000cal. a day and they always tell me to get 2500cal. I don't have enough hours in a day to eat that much. Plus I would have to eat alot junk to get them. I've been working at this really hard since 1/10/10 and yes I go off it to give myself a break every so offen. But I always go back right now i'm doing it hard core so I can get over this stupid hump. In the end I only wairy about cal. in, fiber, protien, fat, and bad carbs. I hope any of this can help.

Yes I know what you mean I have hit them every now and then but that is why i'm eating the way I am right now. I went off for 2 monthes a week ago. I was working out at a gym 5 days a week and walking every day at least a mile up to 4 miles a day. If I go to high on cal. I gian wieght. I lost most of it 7 years ago then I started it up agien a year and a half ago. I lost 50 in 2 monthes then it's been around 5 a month or so. I can't get that many cal. in me with out eating junk.

I try to keep my cal.under 1000, my fiber around 35,fat under 20, protien as high as i can get. Just never worried about the carbs. before. I've lost 300lbs. so far but 105 in the last year and a half. Thank you for all your responds.
