My trainer said that doing short bursts of sprints during your cardio will help burn more fat and calories. I commit to this. Today I did 5 sprints during my eliptical workout. I was sweating like never before at the end!

As you may know, I post picture of my boyfriends in my photo. Sar far I have had Johnny Depp, Billie Joe Armstrong, and now Jake Gyllenhaal. Who else would make a good boyfriend for me? Who should I choose out of those 3? What is your opinion?
