My trainer said that doing short bursts of sprints during your cardio will help burn more fat and calories. I commit to this. Today I did 5 sprints during my eliptical workout. I was sweating like never before at the end!

As you may know, I post picture of my boyfriends in my photo. Sar far I have had Johnny Depp, Billie Joe Armstrong, and now Jake Gyllenhaal. Who else would make a good boyfriend for me? Who should I choose out of those 3? What is your opinion?

To many carbs?
No, if your calories are within your goal the carb percentage does not matter. Do you weigh your food and count every bite even on the weekends?

Why can I not log into both the App and the web version using the same user ID and password? Having two IDs and Pswds really makes me want to reconsider using this program at all.
