Turbo Jam Rotations
Hello! I'm wondering if anyone that has the Turbo Jam DVDs is interested in doing one of the Turbo Jam workout rotations that are a little more pumped up than the one that comes with the DVDs? It would be great to have a workout partner for accountability. You can google "Turbo Jam rotation" and find several choices.

I agree about listening to Tony. I did P90X for awhile, and liked it, but is was really time consuming. I'd just put it on mute, turn up my own music and workout. I do enjoy the music in Turbo Jam, keeps you motivated!

Push-Ups - Ladies only
I do have proper push up position. I've always had pretty good upper body strength, especially for a female. When I was training in martial arts I was doing several hundred a night (not at one time) and at the end of the night 50-100 without stopping. It does take time to build up to that!

Yes it is a 6 day a week program and it does come with a nutrition guide to follow as well (although I'm not currently doing that)

Hypoglycemic?
I have this problem too, just be careful with it and make sure it's hypoglycemia and not diabetes. Try eating more frequently and more protein instead of carbs. Also, my grandma is diabetic, so I know the symptoms of the hypoglycemia and if you do start to feel your sugar getting low try and drink some orange juice or get a candy like a peppermint. Although the orange juice is best.

Huh, I didn't notice that. Interesting. But I read on the Beachbody forum today that a woman's body can only process 26g of protein at a time. Not sure about this.

The levels are based on your weight, height and other factors. I don't have my book right now to look it up. But I know I'm a level I and my boyfriend is a II. But males also get more calories, which is basically what the different levels are.

My friend bought it and can't do it just yet, so she's letting me borrow it. I've been "starting" for a month. I thought my boyfriend was going to do it with me, but he's not that committed to it, unfortunately. So, yesterday was my Day 1 again and tonight when I get home from work I'm going to do the Plyometrics. I would love to be buddies with you guys doing it and be able to help each other through it.

Yes, I definitely agree with Thick2Thin, Divided By...and sararay! Eat often and it will keep your metabolism going.
