You can! I didn't think I'd be able to stick to it but it works if I just stay under calories. It's an every day struggle. But if you put your mind to it, you can do it!! Anybody can unless they have a medical problem. Good luck to you!!

Me either. I've never used my oven as much as I've used it in the past 5-6 months. I haven't fried anything but an egg with Pam spray. I can't be doing too bad since I'm losing.

Sounds neat. I googled and it seems they run close to $200. I have so many cooking devices in a cabinet lol not sure I want another. But it does sound good.

You can change it. I can't remember how because the site has changed since I changed mine. But yeah, mine was way too high too.

HELP!
Is what you have written down exactly what you ate? I can see you are eating very little but what you are eating is high calorie. You'd be surprised how much you can eat if you eat lower calorie food. You seem to be eating fast food alot. I have lost and gained so many times. It's fast to gain and slow to lose. When I cook at home I lose. Try eating baked meats, fresh veggies and fruits, no processed foods such as Ramen, that's so bad for you. I do great at losing but then fall off the wagon. I need to realize it's a life long change to keep the weight off. But I hate cooking lol. Good Luck to you.

lol I have the same problem. Turn back time til I was 18 might help. I use youtube for exercise videos. Most say squats are the best for the bottom. Sorry to say I haven't done any.

I set my goal according to how I want to look. Kind of simple, but I think it is all in how you like yourself.

i see 20s 30s and 50s, what about 40s?
I am 48. At 41 I lost 30 lbs in 3 months. This time around, at 48, it's taken me 8 1/2 months to lose 45. That's a huge difference and I didn't expect it at all. I thought it would come off like it did just 7 yrs ago. But in the long run I think it's better this way. The longer it takes, the more I get used to it. If I do bad a day or two I get right back to it. Where before I went off of it and stayed off of it. Gaining it all back as fast as I lost it was SUPER depressing.

Nice and informative story. I think I'M NOT DOING IT lol. I would like to have the laser removal though. I just can't afford it. I hate shaving but I did find out which directions to shave that I don't get all the bumps etc. Wow to think I could get the hair to be gone forever! I would love that. I have sat through many hours of tattoos and that doesn't tickle, but my cookie Oh H*** NO!! I guess I'm a wuss. But I'm fine with that haha.

The desire to cheat - on what I eat, on what I post
I do have cheat days. Some days I just want to give up. BUT I do record everything I eat. Then I can look back and see exactly when I did good and bad. I think the that helps me the most is.. If I know I am going to be to hungry and to busy to wait for a cooked meal, I make sure there is something there the night before that I can eat. Like today I had to go out my dad's for a few hours. I had baked chicken already cooked in the fridge. If I don't and get too hungry I will grab whatever is around. Have you noticed when you eat stuff that you stated, that you never get full??? It taste yummy I know, I wouldn't be here if I didn't know that lol. Good luck, tomorrow is always another chance.

Yikes, bad storms
Really bad storms, possible tornado less than a mile from me. Overturned semis etc. Me and my 2 kids were scared crapless. We had no power for 4 hours so we wasn't able to see what was coming our way. Ohhh I hate storms like that.

Cottage cheese
I LOVE cottage cheese. I eat it with salt and pepper or with fruit. My family likes it with a huge slice of tomato (not me) I'm going to have to try the whipping it into eggs. Never heard of that.

Out of curiousity
I use a treadmill, it's cold here. lol. I bought a used one and got it super cheap. I am a beginner at exercising and just walking on a treadmill for awhile gets my heart beating. My best friend uses her's for an hour a day, eats whatever she wants and never gains. She is 5'5" and 136 lbs. When it's warmer out I will probably do both in and outside depending on weather and time of day.

No Period
When I was in my 20's my periods were always messed up. Being 30 days apart to 60 to 70 days apart. I went to a fertility specialist and it was caused by not ovulating. Look up basal temperature and do a chart everyday to see if your ovulating. If not it could be hormonal or underweight/not eating enough. I'm guessing only the doctor is going to be able to tell you. I

Exercise for sure. It's cold and nasty out and I don't have the money to join a gym. Indoor exercise sucks lol.

Fathead
wow so I just watched it. (cause you mentioned it) and I am amazed. It certainly changes how I think about losing weight, etc. I did the Atkins for 30 days and lost 17 pounds. Switched over to counting calories, adding whole grains etc and have only lost 3 pounds in around 2 1/2 weeks. I think I better start lowering those carbs.. Thanks.. I had never heard of that documentary and so glad you brought it up.
