Measurements, where do you messure??
If I measure my chest around the nipple line then where do I messure for my bust line?? I measure my chest right under my breasts. I also measure my waist at the smallest part and my stomach on my belly button.

WHY ARE PEOPLE SO UPSET WHEN YOUR LOSING WEIGHT!
So far I have been lucky enough to have the support from my family and friends. They are actually doing it with me! However there is always that ONE person who has to think the worst. Im happy for everyone and I hope you continue to have sucess.

I love taking my before pictures! I take one at least every couple days and in every outfit I have to compare when they fit better.

Ankle pain? Help please!
Okay so I am desperately hoping someone can help me with this! I have noticed the last few times that I have walked, that my right ankle sort of caves in and that’s why I have, have such a hard time walking on the treadmill. I feel like I constantly have to flex my ankle out, because it hurts so bad. I have lived in Az for most of my life, so I can wear flip flops pretty much ALL year, no joke. I am very use to flat shoes and up until I started exercising about 3 months ago never needed to wear actual shoes. Any advice would help out a lot!!

I wish I knew better ways to 'tone' myself. I do notice I am losing, but I feel flabbier! Grrr

Im only 5'5 and I've lost 24 lbs so far, but I haven't noticed that I need new pants yet. Maybe I was shoving myself into a pant size that really didn't fit me. I also had a lot of stretch pants as well.
