Protein and carbs
I know I should post everyday but I just forget. Just like I forget to eat, cause I am not hungry. But when I do eat I eat fish or chicken with salad, have my shakes (Atkins) in the morning or I make me a frappe with them and that lasts me all day. When I do remember to eat its way to late to have dinner so I just eat a snack. I feel myself losing inches, but can't see it on the scale.

Is eating to much protein and not enough carbs be the cause of me not losing weight or just being at a stand still?

Wrigley's extra gum
I am chewing wrigley's sugarless gum and it has 2carbs and 2 sugar alcohol in it. Don't I subtract the sugar alcohol from the carbs? Fs counts it still as 2carbs, should I just not list it or keep it in there?

Last week I weighed 314.5 and this week I weigh 314.1 is that a loss or nothing? Thanks

No weight loss
I didn't lose or gain this week, I had a cough and took cough syrup and cough drops. Could that be the answer and do you think I should give up the popsicles and atkins bars all together? Need your help guys. Thanks

I thought it was ok to eat broccoli, I also thought it had O carbs. Went way over my 20 carbs today. Can't do this again.

Has anyone tried the miracle noodles? I have and they are not to bad. Has any one tried the products from Netrition.com? I have odered a few things will let you know how they came out.

headaches
I am on my second induction on atkins and am starting to get headaches. I got some on my first 3 days of induction and they went away and now they are back. Could I be doing something wrong. I started on May 16th and weighed 330lbs and now weigh 314 on the 6th of June. I would welcome any feed back. Anacal

Right a permanent change is the only way to keep it off once you los it. Best is slow and develop a new way of eating healthier, add some exercise.
