the scale- has anyone noticed
I always figure that because at the doctors office you have on clothes it will be higher anyway. I always, always weigh myself by my own scale at about the same time every day (nkd). Never fails me...

How many times to eat a day
My cousin told me you should eat small meals about every three to four hours. Seems to work well for her, keeping her weight down. Peanut butter is a great filler also.

So I weighed and up by 300g. The scale is more than acurate. But, I rather have a scale where I weigh more than less and have a surprize when I have to weigh somewhere else. Will see in the coming wEeks. ...

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Only really weigh myself about once a month. At my age (67) to weigh more often can be discouraging as the weight comes off so s-l-o-w-l-y.

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.
