the scale- has anyone noticed
I always figure that because at the doctors office you have on clothes it will be higher anyway. I always, always weigh myself by my own scale at about the same time every day (nkd). Never fails me...

How many times to eat a day
My cousin told me you should eat small meals about every three to four hours. Seems to work well for her, keeping her weight down. Peanut butter is a great filler also.

Hello I am a mother and grandmother and need to drop, tone up and generally get back into good health. Good luck to all. Trying to quit smoking too; that is not easy.... Found this through a phone app also.

Coffee good for weight loss?
I have been a coffee drinker for years. I still put on the weight so I really do no think it helps weight loss unless you drink too much and it makes you sick.
