No need to start over. We all have our ups and downs, just try your best and stay strong. If it is sweets you are craving try some smith "Carbmaster" yogurt. It works for me!

I love cheese too and eat a LOT of it - stay under your carb limit and make sure you get enough fiber/veggie's or it will constipate you. Turst me it's not pretty! GOOD LUCK!

Diet Soda's - Do they slow you down?
I am a Diet Dr. Pepper-aholic. I have limited myself to 2 per day (I used to drink 5)! On a good day I will only have 1. I do try to make it a point to drink at least 24 oz of water before I can have my first soda - I found my weight loss is more steady when I am not over-doing it on DDP!

Gained Inches?!?!
Don't be discouraged... when you fall down just pick yourself back up and gt back on track! I think your inches gained may just be retension.. Make sure yur drink your 64+ oz of water and you should see that go down within a few days. It happened to me and 3 days of induction with 70+ oz of water and the inches were gone! Thanks Karbear! I did really well my first 25 lbs (2.5 months). It all went down hill when I went on vacation . I had gone to OWL, I decieded to get back to induction and I just have had a really hard time sticking to it the last 2 weeks. I have not gained any weight, but I have not lost any either. I just keep trying to get back on track and everyday I have not. I have kept up walking my 2-3 miles a day (thank goodness). I am just trying to get my focus back and I AM going to do better STARTING RIGHT NOW!

Any advise out there? I was wondering should I lower my calories intake for the day, when I go over on carbs? It is only lunch and I am already @ 68 carbs for the day! or should I just try not to eat any more un-necessary carbs and keep my calories as normal? Any sugguestions or advice would be appreciated ! Thank all of you for the information "Knowledge is Power" and I need all of both I can get! I think I might need to increase my calories a bit to compensate for my increased exercise, I try to walk 1 -3 miles per day! THANKS AGAIN MUCH APPRECIATED!

OK Russell - My BMR is 1401, which is less than my RDI 1600. I rarely make 1400 cal per day anyway and I am almost always over by 1000 cal burned. This should means I am should to steadily and consistantly lose weight, if my calcualtions are correct, right? I think I understand you previous post. Did I?

Hunger Issues & Still Need Help
I Think if you are training for a half marathon you should be able to go up in calories on training days! Also If you have a Kroger or Smiths store near you, they have a yogurt called "Carbmaster", Only 4 carbs, 80 calories and tastes great. I ususally put in a tablespoon of cashew granola. I find this really helps when I am really hungry, very filling! Congrats on your 7/8 I hope to be there soon! I'm a tight 9/10 right now!

Sitting/Desk Work?
I try to differentiate between the two because to me a calorie burned is a calorie burned. I try to keep my diary as close to exact as possible. I need the motivation and it helps keep me going!

Walking
Funny you ask that question cardiocasey. I've been walking 3 miles daily for the last 37 days. I have noticed my weight is not going down lately, but my legs are looking better! I was wondering if if muscle maybe the reason I have not lost any pounds?

Funny - I do this alot and my husband and kids think I am CRAZY. I will but on my mp3 player and dance and sing while I do dish's and next thing I know the volume on the TV is muted and everyone is watching me! Pretty funny and we always have a good laugh! Everyone should try it!
