I sure do miss being on here everyday!!!! Work has taken over my life, it feel that way anyways GO TRAILBLAZERS... Saturday Went to Curves - 30 min 15 min of abs Sunday 30 min on Treadmill Monday (today) Already went to Curves - 30 min New Challenge- To curve the munchies, which is at least 1/2 to blame for my bigg butt, I ALWAYS carry on me daily the following: * snack size bags of carrots (not mini's, the big ones cut up, doc told me more nutrients in the big ones) * Always have 90 cal yogurt in the fidge at home/work) * Always have an apple home/work as when I eat it, it bloats in the belly and fills me up I have found that my "new" routine of buying carrots in bulk (I have to have some crunch) and peeling/cutting/bagging enough for the week on Sunday truly helps. I just grab the baggie out of fridage and go, no excuses about time. Labels- I have never before Jan of this yr paid much attention. It is amazing how sodium effects my weight. Even the lean cuisines are LOADED w/ sodium. I used to live on those and think I was doing good, not realizing that it made me retain enough to make the scale go up. I also pay attention to the Satuarted fat, even if it claims to be low fat. So, basically, I pay total attention to the sodium/sat fat more than I do the calories....

Go Trailblazers..... Today, I have: 30 min. at Curves 15 min ab crunches 24 hours-hurting in places I don't remember ever having muscles.... :oops: Going to try to do something additional tonight as this soreness has got to stop.

TRAILBLAZERS I do not log on weekends :(, so here is 3 days worth... My goal is to exercise (not just my stupid treadmill) every day I come to work, which is Mon-Fri. At least 5 times a week, on my lunch hour, I will go to Curves and sweat it out. I just joined Friday, so this is perfecto... I started Sat though as I used to always say I would "start Monday" and never did. Sat - 30 min at gym + 15 min ab crunches Sun - 30 min at gym + 15 min ab crunches Mon - 30 min at gym + 15 min ab crunches Yeah baby..... 8)

Yeah baby... count this skinny girl (it will be true someday again...) in... I am packing my bags as we speak... rushing because I signed up late, but have been "approved" to travel with everyone.... yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't log on this weekend, but hope all had a GRAND finish... Thanks to KatieSue and the White Corvettes.... what a fun way to loose weight.... we burned rubber baby! Thanks to Imluuved and bullytrouble for the tireless hours putting this together, posts, challenges and all.... You ladies ROCK HARD!!!!! Looking forward to seeing the final results. We all, as a whole, I am sure kicked butt and lost some serious pounds....... Skinny girl in me is dancing for everyone:lol: :d

Go White Corvettes!!!!! Put the petal to the metal baby.... Day 9 diet coke free... yeah, and day 3 perrier addict... :badgrin: I made the parmesan crusted pork chops last night, but used cubed pork as it is so much more tender. It was awesome and the family loved it. Husband actually took leftovers to work, which he rarely does. Excited for weigh in tomorrow. Followed 100%! Skinny girl is screaching to the finish line baby! look out, not braking for anything!

Biggest Loser
I wouldn't say it has inspired me as I do not have hours everyday to work on this journey, but.... I do chew extra gum all the time as they suggest and I have learned not to hold onto the bars on my treadmill as I have always done.

Go White Corvettes.... No Diet coke, day 8... now addicted to perrier, day 3, hehe.... Did not cook pork chops but did make the sauteed apple rings... super yumm... plan on trying to cook tonight. Work is really getting in the way of diet/exercise the last week, but thankful to have a job..... stay thin.... :d

I have been diet coke free for 7 days and continue (especially now that I discovered perrier, thanks to FS buddies). Tonight I plan on making the Parmeson Crusted Pork chops and for dessert the sauteed apple rings. I am going to double recipe it tonight... mouth is watering thinking about new scrumptous food.....both are off the BTBW recipes. VROOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMm,,,,, I am off squealing to the finish line this week...............

Cravings
I absolutely love love love the 100 calorie hersheys choc covered pretzels and the dark choc bars. They are only 100 calories and taste as good as a regular choch bar. You almost feel guilty for not feeling to guilty after having one..... They are incredible..

WHITE CORVETTES!!!! Didn't have time to log in yesterday, but still NO DIET COKE....so, this post is for 2 more days DC Free..... Eating more than normal (old habits hard to break) as the emotional eater in me came out... Still down 1/2 lb this week, but could have been way better.... Just cuz it's fat-free or low cal doesn't matter when u eat the stuff ALL DAY....New week, better results.... vrrrommmmmm... I am officially in the "one-derland" world... yeah baby

White Corvettes.... Day 3 of no diet coke and I think I am slowly dying inside. Have had a killer headache for 2 days and I have been called a "moody beooocchhh".... Never realized until this challenge how truly addicted my body is to caffeine. 20 years of diet cokes has taken it's toll, but so far today, day 3, no headache... Habit took me to the fridge this am to grab one, and I did actually hold it in my hand, remanissing about the good old days (3 days ago), long, long ago (umm, 3 days ago) that mr. diet coke and I would share quiet moments in the car on the way to work... sniff sniff... why did he have to go???? ahhhhhhh... But I am not giving in.... :evil:

YEAH BABY.... GO WHITE CORVETTes!!!!!! So, my extra commitment for this week will be to cut out my 2 cans of diet coke(used to drink 6/day) a day I alot myself. I love this challenge as I actually started yesterday (self punishment I guess). Yesterday I did not cheat and made it through the day, although my head was throbbing, possibly from the lack of caffeine I am so used to. Today will hopefully get easier. I used to think nothing of downing 6 in a day.....I guess my body is going through caffeine withdrawls???? Can't imagine what a drug addict goes through if my mood swings/headaches yesterday were the lack of caffeine..... NO SODA TODAY! One pound away from One0derland and I WILL achieve it this week... NO SODA!!!!!!
