I could use a Buddy! I am on day four of the induction phase and I would love to have someone thats also doing this diet to help me along and also to find meal ideas with. I dont want to get in a rut eating the same thing everyday thats why i quit the last time. I love this diet because of the quick weight loss!

I have the IPhone and I love the FatSecret app on there! I have been using it for over a year now and its very easy to use and all my things are automatically synced to the website.

Working out on a low carb diet
Adding coconut oil to your diet will provide a fat content, but works as an energy source and is burned as a ketone.... =)
