I could use a Buddy! I am on day four of the induction phase and I would love to have someone thats also doing this diet to help me along and also to find meal ideas with. I dont want to get in a rut eating the same thing everyday thats why i quit the last time. I love this diet because of the quick weight loss!

Mix feelings
You fell off the wagon, don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track, go for a walk. Plan your meals, maybe work on a backup plan for your next social event so you'll do better. Soldier on!
