XS Energy Drinks
I tried scouring the forums for anything posted on XS Energy Drinks sold by [url=http://www.amway.com/Shop... [/url] but I didn't find anything on them... :oops: Sorry if this question has been asked before. I'm wondering if anyone has tried them out and had any bad side effects or anything? My friend gave me a box of them to try out and I like most of the flavors, except sometimes there is a stale/weird aftertaste... They are marketed as energy drinks having 8 calories with 0 carbs and 0 sugars, which sounds great, but there is sucralose in it and I've always been told to stay away from artificial sweeteners. But if it is the 5th to last ingredient that means there shouldn't be too much in it right? Chocolate protein powder
I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate and it tastes great! I buy mine from Amazon, but you can probably find some at your local GNC store. It's only 3 carbs per scoop... I think. :)

In your first post you didn’t say anything about lifting weights or gaining muscle... So here goes nothing! I think I have leaned out enough to where I am comfortable, but now I would like to start getting some definition and muscles. I wouldn't mind even putting on some weight if it meant I had muscles. Is there a proper way to do this? Whenever I gain weight it's always around my stomach. Then I cut back on eating until I am at a comfortable weight/my stomach deflates. Will the weight eventually dissipate from my stomach and become muscle elsewhere? I finished ChaLean Extreme a week ago and am now following Jillian Michaels Body Revolution; both of which are a combination of weights and cardio. Although Jillian Michaels doesn't seem to have a lot of weight exercises yet. Any insight would be valued. :d

You can change your starting weight if you like. Once you are on the home page... Under [b]My Toolbox[/b] click on the link [u]my diet[/u] and it should be the very first option.

One unhealthy meal won't make you fat, just like one healthy meal won't make you skinny. You've recognized that you've messed up today and that's okay, it happens to the best of us. Just don't make it a habit. ;) I hope everything works out for you! :d Stay strong!

Hmmm, I'm not sure how much more energy you would be expending by getting up from the floor versus a chair... Maybe it depends on how deeply you sink into the couch/chair. Here's an idea, why not forgo sitting and stand instead? :d

how to share a meal

They would have to go to your daily food diary and look on the right hand side of the website; they should see [b]flimp's Favorite Meals[/b]. If it is not one of the links listed under that heading, click on the [b]view all[/b] link. Once they find the meal they want click on the [b]add this meal[/b] link. Everything in that favorite meal is now in their food diary under the date and meal that they chose to put it under. It is now also one of their Favorite Meals. It's kind of hard to explain without visuals, but I hope this explanation helped!

Cannot Update Challenge Progress

I tried logging in to fatsecret.co.uk with IE explorer on my home computer and that worked for a little while, then I got the error page a few days later... But now I can log in to fatsecret.com with Chrome on my work computer... So I honestly have no idea why or how the error occurs. :( I hope it is fixed for you soon.

If you are still having issues with your weight ticker not updating and you are logging into factsecret.com try this member’s suggestion. It worked for me! Weight ticker update

I've tried updating my progress through IE, Chrome, & Firefox. I've also tried deleting cookies; nothing will work. I try once a day and always fill out the "An unexpected error has occured" page. Hopefully they will get annoyed with me and fix it. :badgrin:

Cannot Update Challenge Progress
I cannot update my challenge progress via the [u]Weigh in Now[/u] link. I've tried on two different computers; one at home (using Chrome) & one at work (using IE). With Chrome it brings me to an error page, so I submit my issue. On IE it acts like it's saving my progress, but then shows me the same screen as if I didn't click anything... I e-mailed their help line and they said, “We're not sure why an error is occurring for you as we're not aware of an issue but will certainly look into this further.” This has been going on for a week and I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if there is another way to update my challenge progress. I would hate to have to drop out of a challenge due to technical difficulties. :cry:
