Question of concern...WARNING LONG POST
No milk allowed on level one, and only fat free or light soy on level two. 6-8 oz of vegetable juice recommended to avoid too much sugar. No more than 1 small tomato or 1/2 cup tomatos a day on Level one.
Hi. I just wanted to let you know that these limits have been changed in Phase 1 - you are now allowed up 2 servings of skim or 1% milk, or ff yogurt and tomotos are no longer limited. There have been several other updates also.

You may be right! And, she looks absolutely great. My worry is that she wants to go down to 93 lbs. That is a sure sign that there is something wrong.

Fasting - Have you done it & what happened?
I do a daily 16/8 or very often 17/7. It has a nice regulating effect on my entire gastrointestinal system. Combined with limiting calories and drinking more water, it's working well for me.

Over complicating things but I can't rest till I know......
My advice. Always over estimate. Don't worry about reducing the calorie count of food you don't eat - just keep it in the count. There's nothing to be gained by saying you ate less food.
