How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself first thing every morning. It keeps me more motivated to stick to healthy eating and exercise every day. :-)

Day two 30 day shred
I did Day 1 and could barely move for a week - yes, I am *that* out of shape! Hopefully not for much longer, though. I really enjoyed the workout. Cardio was the hardest for me, so I know I need to work out on that a bit more often. I'm now officially committing to start the 30 Day Shred again today. :-)

Where do I start?
Hi Deb! I've joined the same challenge, and was a little bit stumped too. From what I can see, if you click on your team you'll see a list of members. Find yourself and click on the arrow to the right - this brings up a page where you can record weigh-ins and journal entries, so I think we record our progress there and maybe also comment in the forums. I'm a complete newbie to this site, so I hope that's right! Good luck with the challenge! Sarah

5K ???
I'm all set to start again on C25K after doing it last year, running a 5k in July and then fizzling out on my exercise as the weather got colder. I will NOT do that this year - once I'm running, I intend to keep on this time! I did all my training inside at the gym, and found it boring and therefore a bit of a chore. But once I actually ran the 5k (outside, in a pretty setting on a lovely day) I discovered how amazing running outside actually feels!! Manda_k - I think you've started the running motivation group here! ;-)
