Personal Question... How do you see yourself?
I posted a while back that I once sort of freaked a bit when I looked at myself in the mirror and realised how much I had physically changed.....in a good way It still weirds me about a bit to this day when I wake up in the morning and touch my chest and rib cage and I stomach and it feels so different to , what it felt like for literally decades so much .less of me......in a good way :-) Sort of really really weird and what has probably caused the most comment is my face shape I always have had a roundish face now it's far more angular lean with a more distinct chin, cheek bones ..it's not what I have been used to seeing ......in a good way

You know there are a lot of hypocrites on this site who use sarcastic, rude personal attacks on me and in same cases my family Make uncalled for comments about my appearance accuse me of putting up a fake image of myself and last night surmised and insinuated that I Take performance enhancing DRUGS! and they have the front to call me out 2 of these persons are Johnny come lately who are trying to force their discredited and scientifically UNFOUNDED LC viewpoint on others. I take exception to that and argue that a consistent common sense approach which is the only validated one is right here and available I don't NEED to post here I reached, surpassed and maintained my target these people are telling you what to do have not The most dangerous being hey you don't need to exercise to lose weight just eat LC , I think that is more offensive than anything I have said You do as you feel if this pathetic campaign succeeds so be it Personally it doesn't affect me The worse thing I ever heard was a LC zealot tell a vulnerable young woman struggling with her weight to put her head on the image of a model pin it to her wall and try to work towards it as a goal Hardly anyone here apart from myself and 1 or 2 others batted an eyelid Note THAT is disgraceful Oh and apparently I'm autistic and schizophrenic as well.

@mmoodd69 1. I have explained why I don't weigh myself I reached and surpassed my goal and my physical size has not changed except to get a bit leaner. I measure myself by how my clothes fit and how I look which is a far btter indicator than weight once you hit your target. You are clearly fixated on my appearance as you constantly refer to it , a sign of a behavioural disorder and possibly OCD for the record UNLESS you post a picture of yourself how can anyone confirm whether any weight loss or success is real? post YOUR picture as until you or anyone else does it might as well be complete fiction . no one knows what you have done you are just saying it! 2.I am merely point out the truth P&B has changed her mind about eating and posting on the positives of carbs and all of a sudden is going towards LC simply because her scale hasn't moved that is a factual account of what she has said 3. seeing as she started a thread SPECIFICALLY to insult me and cll me names I think I have been quite restrained especially as she has thanked me for my advice in the past! 4.you call me judgemental but you make continuous comments on my appearance 5.you and others constantly repeat your LC dogma of which there is no proven scientific advantage I am not the only one to point this out yet you constantly insist it does..i find this repetitive, obsessive, blind to the accepted facts 6. LC simply releases water faster which is because of glycogen stores losing their glucose and other reasons that I cannot recall at this time. er no I have given you sound advice which you have thanked me for on more than one occasion now that you are totally confused about what eating plan you should be on because you are obsessed with what your scales tell you , you are singing a different tune and the NONpeace and No blessings side of you is coming out I know plenty about weight loss and have helped numerous people on this forum with good advice which they have thanked me for and I get lots and lots of buddy requests. I generally say much the same thing eat healthy , exercise maintaina calorie deficit ...you it seems have no patience and no consistency with that attitude NO PLAN will help you I struggled with my weight for nearly 30 years up and down and now I have reached and surpassed my goal in 6 months and comfortably maintained it for 8 if not improved even further good luck with your journey
