GIVING TEENAGERS DIET ADVICE ON THIS SITE
Not all adolescents have your maturity or common sense. This is an excellent post to raise awareness among the grown ups that impressionable young minds may be receiving nutrition-exercise advice and tips that are not appropriate for their age group.

Hot Chocolate Story
That is a great story - but I think I would have tried to get one of the exquisite cups. I am not poor, but I am not rich, and I really do appreciate beautiful (especially if it is hand- made, painted, thrown or blown) objects. An exquisite cup would have enhanced the reunion for me. That doesn't mean I am a superficial person, does it?

What's your Real Age?
I took the test a while ago, and it was about on track. I want to improve it! Another way to add years is to wear your seat belt every time you are in a car (which I do not always do if it is a short trip). WebMD.com also has a health assessment test: How do you compare to others your age in health. Again, I am about on track and would like to improve that number.
