Nutrisystem did me BAD, now what do i do?
I don't really know squat about NS, but it very likely could be a food allergy. Have you ever been tested?? My mom was allergic to over 80% of the test items when she was tested.

Coffee flavoring idea? Anyone?
Tiahui is right, they now say coffee is good for you and you can count 2 cups of it toward your liquid intake for the day. If you aren't on induction, try adding Almond Breeze to your coffee, it adds a nice nutty flavor. I also use torani SF syrups. Another idea would be to add a little vanilla, but some have carbs....

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I started a week ago with my 1600 calories a day and food journal. I have not weighed myself yet. I think its important to do it every two weeks.

Does anyone else "trick" themselves on their RDI?
I set my exercise to 24hrs sleeping. that brings down my allowance, but even then i reduced my RDI by a couple of hundred cals to where i feel i can eat enough and still lose.
