Protien on the Pie Chart
Is there something wrong with the protein on the pie chart at the bottom of the Enter Food section? I see that I have protein in the food I eat but on the pie chart it's showing 0%. I mean it's not a big deal but just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem? Good dieting people! 8) Shante' Ps I'm looking for some friends that can help keep me motivated and vise versa. I'm here daily.

Inches not weight!!!
Cool thanks I'll try it out. My knee is better but I don't want to do Zumba again too soon and hurt it again. I just want to ton my arms...You know, the lovely under arm flab. LOL

Hello all. I'm just a little frustrated because my weight is staying the same but on another note I am losing inches.8) I went from a waist 54 to now 48/49. But they say I'm losing fat which is more important. I guess I'm just in a hurry to lose the lbs. So I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and hope for the best in the next couple of months. And I'm going to hide my scale until weigh in which is every Monday. Any tips on easy exercises to do everyday. I was doing the Zumba Wii but busted my knee doing the dances. LOL So I'm giving that a rest for a while. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys for the help. If I eat more then I tend to go over in Fat and Sugar. I'm just going to go outside and eat grass. LOL But then why are cows so fat? LOL Oh well I'll try and eat fresh foods. Its so easy to eat the frozen foods. I don't feel like cooking everyday...What should I do about that?

HOW THE HECK DO YOU KNOW IF EXERCISE IS WORKING WHEN YOU DON'T SEE A DIFFERENCE ON THE SCALE??? I'm eating less calories and exercising everyday of the week at least 45 mins a day. But I keep going from 239 to 240. I've gotten to 238 for like an hour but I can't seem to get lower. WHAT THE HECK SHOULD I DO NOW!!! I can' eat any less than what I'm eating now and I'm already tired from the exercising I'm doing now. WHY
I'm the same way. I eat chocolate then I want something salty so I eat chips then I want something cold so I get ice cream. Its a one going thing. I just try to stay away from it period. I usually get the low cal low sugar sweet salty Nabisco snacks...Those are good.

How do I make exercising pass by faster?
Yeah I usually find a good show on Netflix and watch that. I do 30 minutes on the treadmill and the shows I find are usually 45 mins. So I do 30 and cool down until the end of the show. It helps a lot cause I get so into the show that I forget I'm walking. ps...people say walk outside. Its not that easy because of weather conditions. Or with babies. Thats why the treadmill is the most common thing for a stay at home mom or a working mother that doesn't have time for the gym.

Wii Games - Any suggestions?
ZUMBA....OMG that game is so much fun. I've been doing that for the past 5 days and lost 2 lbs. And its just dancing so it doesn't feel like a workout. LOL

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I try to keep track everyday to see where I'm messing up at. I've noticed I keep better track when I weight everyday.

Calories Burned while Treadmill Walking
This site measures in kcals...I just read that 1000 kcals = 1 calorie...Now all the stuff I just added to my exercise, only equals 2900 so you mean to tell me that I only burned off 2 almost 3 calories?!?
