DIET BUDDIES NEEDED!!!
mosammich I can't believe that junk food story. Errrr! Maybe be full before you get home with some healthy stuff you have in the car. The first solid week I was really good with dieting in a long time, between the boarder and my son, I think 5 or 6 pizzas were bought throughout the week. I did make it. it was like an assembly line of pizza, lol.

mosammich that is frustrating! i was better when pregnant than now. I ate no chocolate when pregnant or breast feeding. My ex used to make gourmet mac and cheese every time I went on a diet. When he cooked for me he would put something in the dish I asked him not to. ugh. so glad I don't have to deal with that anymore. Now I have to deal with myself!!

I have the waffles from Vans and they are great. I think the Nutritionist thinks they won't keep you full though as there doesn't seem to be whole grains. The pasta may be whole corn or? Just got to keep on truckin' somehow. Thanks to all comments!

Why does wheat cause bloat? I have been thinking I have a sensitivity, but maybe it bloats everyone? Is it hard to digest?

I forgot about the sugar free gum and sugar free products even soda (gasey as NCNole says)! They are hard to digest that is why. I did not know about straws, but I guess you introduce air into your system that way.

I have found that I need digestive enzymes. I use the ones from www.drnewtons.com. They are phenomenal. Also you know me, adequate water. And if you have a sensitivity it can make you bloated. Wheat does that to me I am finding. Do you notice the bloating after certain foods are ingested? Stress can also cause instant bloating. Exercise helps keep things more regular and adequate fiber. You are increasing the fruits and vegs., so that is great! I love Shawn T's Ab program for toning. It does work. I can't do it with my bad back from work anymore, but if you can it is great!

Can someone tell me what Net Kcal means?
