I understand. I have done the same thing. You feel like all your efforts don't count, but they do. For me it is learning what tiggers me into a binge. Usual stuff...stress, letting myself get too hungry. I am trying to get a handle on both. I will have a binge. But I don't keep too much of the bad stuff around anymore. So it is hard to binge on Cheerios or Special K cereal! With those my binges don't last too long before something clicks and says I need some protein! Good luck to you in your journey! ♡

Why can't I get lower than 140 lbs? :(
I wish I knew the answer to the question too! I WAS at 150 this time last year. I gained to 155, and tetter to 157. Can not seem to drop. I have a fast pace job, exercise 1 1/2 hours, 2 days a week, 45 minutes the other 5 days. When I work so hard to loose and see a gain, then I get discouraged and have a binge. Bad cycle. :/

I Need Tips for beating sugar addiction.....
Hey, really rough day. Hit the sugar....candy/ brownies.....pretty hard today. Brownies were at work. Then at the store (like the brownie "set" me off) the candy just fell into my cart, then into my mouth. In my car before I even made it home.....:cry: I know I have a problem......:cry: This has happened before. What are some of the ways you fight this addiction:?: Thank you ♥

Holy Sh!t! Kirsten4, I could have wrote your entry!!! I did the very same thing this afternoon. I don't like the "it's ok you deserved it" garb either!! It sucks we caved, we are pissed as hell at ourselves!!! I am/ will ride my stationary bike. Stomach feels like crap. Some self hatred going on........

Any apps that count calories AND WW Points?
I am looking for the same app!!! If one excists I would be thrilled!! Now I enter my food on FS and keep a paper journal for WW points. I think it is helpful to monitor both also. I pay big $ for WW online, and also attend the meetings.

Yes, I $$ for the WW site. But I prefer to log my food here on FS. I can see the nutritional value of the foods I am choosing. Was just "hoping" FS could track my points. I do it on my paper journal. Thank you very much Glaun and mummydee for responding! :)

A 12-Hour Eating Window for a Healthy Weight
I do intermittent fasting on the weekend. I have black coffee or water until I am ready to eat. I go from 6pm on Friday nite to about 4 on Saturday and Sunday. It works for me.
