Looking for a low carb frosting reicpe
Hi fellow low carbers, I am looking for a low carb/sugar free frosting or glaze recipe. I found a really cute halloween muffin pan and I want to make Low Carb petit fours and need a LC frosting. Any out there?

Try the book: Atkins Diet for Induction Phase recipes and menu plans. Has some great breakfast ideas. Yum!!

What's your favorite yummy low cal snack?
I like fat free cottage cheese with equal amount fat free yogurt. Or celery sticks with a little low fat/light cream cheese.

It's a fun fat burner too. Depending on your body, you can burn 600 to 800 calories in an hour. Stay with it, I have horrible knees and can no longer do Zumba and I sure miss it.

Red yeast rice worked for me. I now take it only intermittently, and my cholesterol is stable around 5.8. Good luck!

I think it's weight related - not a standard of so many glasses. Plus some people then add in activity level and environment variables. There's tons of calculators online.
