We have them in our house. I find the lettuce lasts almost 2 weeks.. all of the produce seems to last WAY longer, which helps with making less trips to the grocery store. :) I personally love them.

100% Whole Grain Wheat Thins!!
Yeah, I've been trying to avoid buying anything with High Fructose corn syrup in it.. as well as anything with sugar in it. If they are in the product, I try to make sure it's not the first 5 ingredients. I'm seriously thinking about making alot of my own breads and crackers. That way you can control what you put in them. Thankfully we've got a bread maker here, so I've go free range. I just have to figure out to make the bread a little fluffier when using whole wheat.. :) It's always the stuff you think is healthy..until you read the ingredients. UGH.

CONFESSIONS!!!!
I had a sandwich yesterday without any sort of veg on it.. I also had a sugarfree fudge pop yesterday morning for breakfast.. I had macaroni and cheese (homemade..just 2% fat american slices, smart balance, and skim milk and the bad ol pasta..) on Friday.

Print diet calendar
Maybe a print screen option? When you have your diet calendar up on the page you want it on, then press CTRl and Print Screen, and then go to whatever Word program you have, and paste it there.. From there, you can print it out. That sounds like a good idea, as I've got a physical coming up and I'd like to show off my progress :) Good luck!

Changing phases on here
Yeah, it didn't work. Somehow it's not bringing up ANYTHING about how to change phases.. Oh well.. I know that I'm not on Phase 1 anymore. haha.

I did it before (as I chose Phase 1) when I started out on the diet.. but I've been on Phase 2 for a week now (not very well..) and I need to know how to change it from phase 1 to phase 2 on the south beach diet plan, here on fat secret. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

PHASE 1 - LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS?
I'm thinking about doing it for at least another week. I've had a few "Setbacks" this weekend..and I think to balance that out, I'll need to stay on it longer. Plus, who doesn't like a few more pounds gone?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every day. That way you can catch the extra weight before it gets out of hand. It works for me!

"Modern" App Version Question
On the Fatsecret app, set to "modern" where can I add my exercise? I can find it when I set it to "classic" but I like the modern version better. Thank you!
