Before and After, anyone?

[b]Yesterday, I found another picture of me from my 'fatty times', and I made another 'Before-After' pic for you guys:[/b] [IMG]http://i1254.photobucket.... [b]Between 'Before' and 'After', there are missing 25 kgs (55.1 lb), and on the 'After' picture my body fat is about 7-8%...[/b]

49, Weight Watchers, 1 hr a day on the eliptical and I'm not losing!
'There is no need to pay anyone to lose weight. Lose the sugar, white potato, white rice, white bread, white pasta and get plenty of lean protein and veggies you'll do great.' I absolutely agree with PeeFat and this statement. This is exactly what I did since last November, together with elliptical training, situp and pushup training. I am in a better shape now at age 40 than I was in my twenties, without paying for some kind of diet. Just discipline. And this makes me feel great and proud. What I am missing for the moment is dumbbell training; but soon I will buy some for home to build up muscles. Wanna see my efforts so far with loosing weight ? Body Fat %
My body fat % today is 13.8, yesterday it was 14.4. I measure it with a scale which does this for me, like Kingkeld does. But I see this measurements just as crude values, nothing more. There are a lot of circumstances which take influence on these measurements, for example how dampish your feet are while weighing.

@ Kingkeld: Thanks for your compliment, I am amazed of the result myself because I never thought that I can go this far in shaping up my body :d I have a scale of the same kind, too, and am measuring my body fat with it. But I also think one should not have too much confidence in what these scales are telling you... somebody told me in the past that the measurements also depend on how dampish your feet soles are at the moment you are weighing and other circumstances. I see this measurements just as crude values. BTW, I read today one of your comments in which you mentioned the SwiftKey X keyboard for your Samsung Galaxy 10.1N; I have the same tablet computer and because of your comment I downloaded this keyboard as well and am writing with it right now.. Works fine, thanks for the hint ;)

Before and After, anyone?
I posted my pics here almost two weeks ago, but they have never been shown in this thread... Now I try it again. I started my own low-carb-low-fat-diet, combined with elliptical trainer exercise three to four times a week, somewhere in the middle of November 2011 and haven't seen any bread nor pasta and such things since then... Between then and today i lost 19 kg (42 lbs). Before picture was taken 08/16/11: [IMG]http://i1254.photobucket.... After picture was taken 02/18/12: [IMG]http://i1254.photobucket.... Well, what do you think ? I feel very well and healthy at this time :) Greetings from Europe

Hi there, some pictures from Europe... Before-pictures taken on the 11th April 2011, After-pictures taken on the 27th January 2012. But I started my own low-fat-low-carb-diet, combined with cardiotraining (4 times a week, in each case 1h, burning between 500 and 650 kcal each time) somewhere in the middle of November 2011 and lost 16kg (approx. 35 lb) within 3 months... I want to try body fortress whey protein powder vanilla... It smells good and I had a sip of my sons drink,, but Im not sure I should have one in the am if Im doing LCHF.. the one scoop only has 8 car ...

Good for you! Are there any other exercises you can do that do not require that you are on your feet? It will only make your weight loss results better in the end with everything else you are already ...
