Hi Everyone...
Just popping in to say hi. This school year has been so rough on us. Switching from public school to private school is overwhelming, but totally worth it. I've been doing pretty good with my eats and with my workouts! WOOT WOOT!! Hope you all are doing fantastic. Here's to Monday!

Hey Everyone! Sorry I've been MIA. Geesh...my daughter's home work is consuming all of our free time. We've had 2 to 3 hours of home work every night since day one. Good news...I'm one track with eating and every thing healthy! Looking forward to my weigh in on the 1st of September!

So you are working out 2 and a half hours a day? YES! You need to up your calories. You are RIGHT! You need to properly fuel your body so it doesn't go into starvation mode. If you would like, I can get some information from you and plug it into some fitness tools I have on my website and see what it says about how many calories you need.

Hi i'm new
I'm doing a Ultimate Reset Challenge on September 3, 2012. It's a 21 day NON starvation detox program. You need to eat!! Your body need proper fuel/food so it will function properly. If you are only eating lettuce your body is holding onto your stored fat for survival. I'd love to help you on your fitness journey. Let me know if you are interested.
