Back on track
After fights mostly. When I am really mad or really sad I tend to eat everything and anything. When I'm stressed I dont eat at all. I forget to eat because I have no appetite. I know none of this is healty. That's why this site has been good for me. Holds me accoutable for some reason.

Naked every single morning now that I have a scale. I think it helps me stay motivated.

Back on track
Ok I think I'm back on track. I even started running when I have time. I found that I am an emotional eater. That is why I've been up and down so much lately in calorie intake...I think I'm good now...here we go again :)

Yea there is no way I am staying on my diet today. Especially when we have kit kat and snicker chocolate covered sugar heart shaped cookies in my office. I didn't stand a chance! I dont think I am weighing in this week.I know I won't like the outcome if I do. Hope all of you are doing better than I am :)

I changed my weight goal not because I dont think I can do it, but because I am looking pretty slender lately and 110 might be a bit too much for my body type. As in I will look sickly. I think 115 will be a good weight, but I guess once I hit that goal I can see if I want to go further or stay...

I agree with you. I used to open FB first thing in the morning, now it's FS. I also agree with mcarthy, wish the app included more than it currently allows me to see and access. Still loving this site :)

Surprisingly this is getting easier and easier. I think I could eat the way I have been eating for the rest of my life…I don’t feel like I am struggling anymore. One less thing to stress about :d Hope everyone else is doing great.

5:2 Fast???
I keep seeing post that people are fasting..."5:2 fast" comes up a lot...what does that mean? Is fasting a good thing to do?

It just sucks that I had to work at it for almost three weeks to see changes and feel good and it only took three days to make it go down the drain! I am not where I started but I did fall back...I am determined to get to my goal! I'm going to do this!

I totally failed! In the last week of my challenge! Which I was doing really good...WAS being the key word. I took three days off and ate everything and anything. I'm not sure why I did it, but I regret it now for sure. I am back on track as of yesterday and intend to keep it that way. Just bummed at failing is all. Here we go again!:?

Losing too much too fast
In talking to my boyfriend today he also agrees that I am losing too much weight way too fast. I told him I was doing a three week challenge where I am sticking to eating 1200 calories a day; he made me shake on it to bump it up to 1350 calories a day. So here we go...the last week of my challenge I will add 150 more calorie intake to my day. I'm sure I can manage that :d

Don't look at the total weight you have to lose. Try to break it down in attainable goals. Start with a goal of 10#, then create a new goal. Then add in exercise. I will walk for 20 minutes 3 days ...
