How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Normally once a week @ my WW meetings. Now at work we are doing a Biggest Loser contest so now I do Mondays and Fridays

Total Lost: 43lbs.!!!!!!!!! Happy Happy...I never thought I would be able to make it this far...41.8 more lbs. to go!!!

Weight loss jumpstart--intermittent fasting
My question is when you are fasting, do you drink just water? How do you get through it and stay energized? I am looking into the jumpstart as well.

Want to start Clean Eating. Help lead me in the right direction please...
I'm still trying to understand what clean eating is. I think I'm getting it confused with a more strict diet. Would yogurt be out of the question, since it has sugar in it?
